CCSO and LPD execute early morning search warrant

LAFOLLETTE, TN  (WLAF) –

In a release from the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office:

On Wednesday, June 5th, 2019, at approximately 9 am, the Campbell County Sheriff Office Special Weapons and Tactics Team, along with La Follette Police, executed a narcotics search warrant at 414 West Prospect Street at the home of Timothy Swain age 58 and Clinton Swain age 39, both of La Follette.

The home is located back behind the big Riggs Drug Store in La Follette.

Narcotics investigators with the CCSO had conducted several controlled buys of schedule II controlled substance over a period of time.

Upon execution of the warrant, investigators found evidence of the sale of a schedule II controlled substance.
