Food City recently teamed up with The Hershey Company to create the World’s Greatest Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Display.

“Our teams do an outstanding job merchandising and displaying our top quality line of products and we’re excited to have this opportunity to partner with Hershey to showcase our creativity and talents,” says Steven C. Smith, Food City president and chief executive officer.

Food City and Hershey constructed a show stopping display consisting of over 2,312 cases or 38,528 individual packages of 30 different Reese’s products, supplied by The Hershey Company.   The exhibit was constructed inside the Deane Hill Food City #694 in Knoxville, TN.  The teams began construction on the massive display at 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning and completed it by day’s end.

“We would like to thank Hershey for their partnership to make this amazing feat possible,” says Kevin Stafford, Food City vice president of marketing.

To celebrate the event, in-store prizes will be available at the Deane Hill Food City from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2019, including Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup merchandise and Reese’s product.  Two lucky grand-prize winners will also receive two tickets to the Louisville Regional Sweet 16 games.  Food City and The Hershey Company will celebrate their victory with a sweepstakes through April 3rd.  The winner will receive a Years’ Supply of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Hershey Park Tickets for four.
