In 1999, the Campbell Enhancement Fund (CEF) was established through the generous gifts of time, vision and resources of a group of Campbell County residents committed to strengthening communities and improving the quality of life in their county. CEF serves as Campbell County’s own community foundation. Financial resources are collected and distributed throughout Campbell County and monies contributed to CEF benefit only Campbell County and its citizens.
