Dicie Sampsell, age 90, of LaFollette passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019. She was a member of Ivy Grove Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Ivan Lee Sampsell; daughter, Charlotte Tackett; parents, Levi Byrge & Lucretia Patterson Robbins; brother, Lonnie Robbins; sister, Frankie Lee Lawson; brother, Noah Byrge
