The price for a gallon of regular unleaded, self-service gasoline dropped two-cents on Wednesday. This morning, we’re paying $1.87 a gallon here in Campbell County. Last year, the price was $2.21 a gallon to start the new year. Five years ago, at the front end of 2014, a gallon of gas cost $3.05. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 01/04/2019-6AM-UPDATED 01/08/2018-9:45AM)
