The couple police say shot at them and drove at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour is due to appear in Campbell County General Sessions Court this afternoon.

Cheyenne Judd (above), 32, faces two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, two-counts of felony reckless endangerment, two-counts of possession of prohibited weapons, violation of the seat belt law, resist-stop-frisk-halt-search, disorderly conduct and theft of property between $10,000 and $59,999.

Thirty-eight year old Benjamin Lewis (above and in top photo) is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, possession of prohibited weapons, drivers to exercise due care and speeding – 149 MPH in a 65 mile per hour zone.
