Lyndsay Craw, the 30 -year-old woman, charged in the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Billy Partin, Jr.  is expected to be arraigned today.

Claiborne County General Sessions Court Judge Robert Estep will hear the case.  Estep was already scheduled to be in town for an interchange day with Campbell County General Sessions Judge Amanda Sammons.

Craw is being held without bond in the county jail; she faces a charge of criminal homicide in the death of  Partin.   La Follette Police said Craw was Partin’s girlfriend and was living with Partin when he was stabbed on Saturday night around 9 pm at a home at 814 S. Cumberland Ave. in La Follette.

LPD reports detail that Partin had been stabbed in the chest with a knife. He was transported by EMS to La Follette Medical Center where he died later Saturday night from his wounds. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/12/2018-6AM)
