This is an update to a story WLAF brought to you on Sunday afternoon.

  Lyndsay Janenko Craw is charged with criminal homicide

Detectives with the La Follette Police Department have arrested and charged 30-year old Lyndsay Janenko Craw with criminal homicide in regards to the death of Billy Partin Jr.   Craw was his girlfriend and was living with Partin when he was stabbed on Saturday, December 8, around 9:00 pm at their home at 814 South Cumberland Avenue in La Follette.

Services for Billy Partin, Jr. are Wednesday night

Partin was pronounced dead after being transported to the La Follette Medical Center by ambulance shortly after the incident.

La Follette man dies from stab wounds

On Saturday, December 8, around 9:12 pm, La Follette dispatch received a call of a stabbing with a victim needing medical attention.  Once officers arrived, it was determined that 30-year old Billy Ray Partin Jr. and Lyndsay Craw, also 30-years of age, were in their home located at 814 S. Cumberland in La Follette at the time of the incident.

Partin had been stabbed in the chest with a knife by an unknown subject. He was transported by EMS to La Follette Medical Center where he later passed away due to his injuries.

No arrests have been made at this time. The La Follette Police Department investigation is ongoing and further information will be released as it becomes available.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/09/2018-3:45PM)
