On Monday, Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins named a new jail administrator. Stoney Love, who had served as school resource for the last two years, was promoted to captain and selected to oversee the daily operations at the Campbell County Jail. “Stoney is an asset to the department and I, along with staff, am glad to have him as the new jail administrator,” Goins said.
