The following criminal cases were resolved last week with plea agreements:  -Gregory Curt Patterson- theft over $1,000; 34 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs, $75 fine, $1,093 restitution, no contact with the victim

-Amanda Kay Johnson- possession of a scheduled II controlled substance with intent to sell; serve three years at 30 percent in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody with credit for time served

-Pamela Yvonne Ray- violation of the sexual offender registry; serve one year at 30 percent in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody with credit for time served

-David Anthony Nelson- burglary of a motor vehicle, two counts of theft under $1,000; ; serve two years at 30 percent in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody with credit for time served

-Derron Lynn Ausmus- three counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of felony reckless endangerment, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance; 10 years to serve at 30 percent in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody with credit for time served

-Derron Lynn Ausmus- sale of a schedule II controlled substance, delivery of a schedule II controlled substance; three years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine

-Daniel Wallace- violation of the sexual offender registry; serve two years at 30 percent in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody with credit for time served

-William Leander Salyers- burglary, vandalism over $10,000; serve four years at 30 percent in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody with credit for time served

-William Leander Salyers- two counts of aggravated assault, tampering with evidence; serve eight years at 30 percent in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody with credit for time served

-Charles Vincent Chapman, Jr., – sale of a schedule II controlled substance, delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, sale of a schedule IV controlled substance, delivery of a schedule IV controlled substance; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine, $1,000 contribution the CCSO Drug Fund

-Jean Sue Hurst- sale of a schedule II controlled substance, delivery of a schedule II controlled substance; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, five years judicial diversion, five years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine, $500 contribution the Eighth Judicial Drug Task Force
