He walks with a cane.  But he delivers quite a gift.  Bibles.  Leather.  Inscribed.  One deputy says, “It was quite powerful.”  An older man, who no one seemed to know, made the rounds on Tuesday to the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department at Jacksboro delivering leather backed Bibles.  The Bibles arrived in individual boxes with a personalized “Campbell Sheriff Dept.” inscription on the front.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/08/2018-6AM)
