Mr. Austin Phillip Johnson, age 63 of the Stinking Creek Community won the victory and moved into his Heavenly Home Friday, July 27, 2018, after a courageous hard fought battle with cancer.  Austin faithfully attended Stinking Creek Baptist Church where he helped with the Drama Team.  Austin loved 4-Wheeling; He never met a stranger; and if you wanted a piece of bubblegum, just ask, although he might charge you 50 cents.  Preceded in death by Father, Dedrick Johnson and Father-in-Law, Everette Kidwell.
He is Survived by his Wife, Joann, his Mother Margaret Johnson Morrow, his Brothers Garry (Joyce), Larry, & L.C. (Susie), His Sister Shirley Johnson Ridenour, Mother-in-Law, Hazel Kidwell, Sister-in-Law Lula (Lee) Roberts, Daughters of the Heart Janice (Roger) Mustard, Jennifer (Michael) Savage, Granddaughters of the Heart Myra, Emily, & Natalie Mustard, Best Friend Billy Joe Baird.  He loved and was loved by 13 Nieces and Nephews, 15 Great Nieces and Nephews, and 2 Great-Great Nieces and Nephews, Many Cousins, and Friends too many to count.
Funeral Services Monday 1 P.M. at Stinking Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Donald Shown and Rev. Chris Wilson officiating.  Interment to follow at Davis Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 to 8 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home.  Online condolences for Mr. Johnson may be made at  Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Austin Phillip Johnson.
