The following people were indicted by the Campbell County Grand Jury on Wednesday.   They will be arraigned in criminal court of JMonday, uly 23 at 8:30 am.

-Bobby Boshears, Jr.- three count of assault, evading arrest, resisting arrest, public intoxication

-Lesha Massengill- three counts of felony reckless endangerment, driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident with injury

-Ryan Daniel-  DUI, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance

-Randy Lowe-  possession of a firearm by a convicted  felon

-Gary Weldon-  violation of the sex offender registry, perjury (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/13/2018-6AM)
