Billie June Rogers Guy, age 85, of LaFollette, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018 peacefully in her home.  She was born in Well Springs, Tennessee on July 17, 1932.

June Guy was a member of LaFollette Methodist Church, where she served on the Missions Committee. She was a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University, where she received a master’s degree in library science. June was a librarian in Campbell County Schools for over 30 years; 28 of those years were proudly spent at LaFollette Middle School.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Elizabeth Rogers of Well Springs; husband, Tommie Guy; youngest daughter Tommie Melissa “Missy” Guy; oldest daughter, Debra “Debbie” Ray; sister,  Johnnie Rogers Monday and infant twin sister, Joyce Rogers; and cousin Bobbie Cox.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Regina Ann “Jean Ann” Robertson and son-in-law Mike Robertson; son-in-law Clayton Ray and wife Llona Ray; grandchildren, Amanda “Mandy” Ray Brassfield (husband, Travis Brassfield), Allison Robertson Delashmit (husband, Drew Delashmit), and Dr. John Michael Robertson; great grandchildren Hannah and Lily Philpot and Kellen Furmaniak, Charles and Mason Delashmit; brother Ronnie Rogers and sister-in-law, Melissa Rogers; nieces Pam Rogers (Monroe), Lynn Rogers (Jenkins); niece Joyce Mullens and nephew-in-law James Mullens; brother-in-law Everett Cox: Cousin Dorothy “Woots” Petrey; and many great/grand nieces, nephews and cousins. Special friends Sharon Ridenour and Connie Crutchfield.

Interment 10 AM Friday at Beeler Cemetery in Speedwell

Family will receive friends 5 PM to 7 PM Thursday at LaFollette United Methodist Church
