James Michael (Mikey) Orick, age 50, of Jacksboro passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
He was a member of Ivy Grove Missionary Baptist Church, a graduate of LMU and worked for Woodson Cash Stores for over 20 years, a member of Campbell County School board for ten years and five years as Chairman. He enjoyed Politics, loved his dogs, and had a great desire to help people. Mike did not have any children, but he loved and was so proud of his nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Charles & Shirley Goad Orick; brothers, Charles Edward Orick, Curtis Lee Orick; best friend, Randy Comer; grandparents, Lawrence & Icie Orick, Marion & Hazel Goad. He was currently employed at Crook & Orick Real Estate Appraisal in Knoxville
