On May 18, Eighth Judicial Criminal Court Judge Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

Tonya Faye Heatherly, Jacksboro, had previously pled guilty to forgery, and received a suspended sentence of two years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her two year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jamie L. Jones, Clairfield, had previously pled guilty to possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the intent to deliver and felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and received a suspended sentence of nine years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his nine year sentence in TDOC custody.

Bradley Earl Sweat, LaFollette, had previously pled guilty to sale of a schedule II controlled substance and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, and received a suspended sentence of six year supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his six year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jonathan Terry, Clairfield, had previously pled guilty to 10 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card over $500, and received a suspended sentence of eight years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his eight year sentence in TDOC custody.

Kassandra Sharay Wells, LaFollette, had previously pled guilty to attempted promotion of manufacture of methamphetamine and attempted introduction of contraband into a penal facility, and received a suspended sentence of three years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her three year sentence in TDOC custody.
