One patient airlifted; I-75 reopened later Thursday afternoon
JELLICO, TN (WLAF)- Interstate 75 northbound at the 158 mile marker was shut down around 2:30pm Thursday due to a single-vehicle wreck. That's two miles south of Jellico.
It was closed due to an overturned vehicle.
The patient was extricated from the vehicle and transported to the Jellico Hospital. The male was then airlifted to the UT Medical Center at Knoxville via a medical helicopter.
