LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- The COLD WEATHER ADVISORY runs until late Wednesday morning due to single-digit temperatures and wind chills. However, Wednesday brings the warmest day in several days as highs head to around 30 degrees. Dry and cold today, with warmer highs, and then tonight will be 10 to 15 degrees warmer as the low bottoms out at 17.

Many areas, like Campbell County, will still be just below freezing. We can expect mostly sunny skies with some cloud cover mixing in. Tuesday night was the last of the really cold nights for now. The page is beginning to turn towards warmer readings.

Expect moderating temperatures. Thursday will be another dry but cool day, with highs a tad warmer but still some 10 degrees below average. Tomorrow marks the first day that temps climb above freezing since Sunday afternoon. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-01/22/2025-6AM)
