DTF, CCSD and LPD detain 11 and arrest three in drug bust

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) - It was quite an active scene at a home at 994 Pinecrest Road at Jacksboro Monday evening.  At 8:15 pm, the 8th Judicial District Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant.  With assistance from the Campbell County Sheriff's Department and the La Follette Police Department, investigators detained 11 people at the home and ended up arresting three from the group.  The Sheriff's SWAT Team was on site to secure the scene.  Members of the Department of Childrens Services were also called to assist.

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) - A man who has been on the run from law enforcement since Sunday afternoon is in custody at this hour.  At 3:30 am on Tuesday authorities placed 24-year- old Cody Whaley under arrest.

TDOT shares plans for Central Avenue Bridge project
