Ralph R. Ward, age 75 of Jacksboro went home to be with the Lord Monday, May 18, 2020.  He was a member of Round Rock Baptist Church.  He enjoyed being outdoors, especially ginseng and fishing.  Ralph also loved gardening, planting flowers, and his grandbabies very much.

He is preceded in death by parents, Roby and Maudie (McGhee) Ward, brother, Ernest Ward and sister, Trula Kirby.

He is survived by wife of 55 years, Jerline Ward of Jacksboro; son, Marvin Ward of Clinton; daughters, Margaret Goins & husband Jeremy of LaFollette, Rosemary Rowlette & husband Scott of Berea, Ky., Sharlene Lamb & John of Paint Lick, KY., and Marlene Ward of Virginia; brother, Clarence Ward of LaFollette; sisters, Evadean Daughtery & husband James of Caryville, Nadine Byrge & husband Bobby of LaFollette, Pauline Green of Jacksboro; 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives.

Visitation for Ralph will be 1-7 PM Thursday, May 21st in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home.  Graveside service will be 11 AM Friday, May 22nd at Campbell Memorial Gardens with Rev. Eli Crowley and Rev. John Vanover officiating.
