As we continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely, the health and well-being of our employees and our customers is of utmost importance to us. We want to assure you that Novatech has a thorough and comprehensive business continuity plan in place to protect our employees, our customers and our business.
The Novatech leadership team would like to highlight a few strategies we have put in place to protect our employees and customers.
What We’re Doing:
– Onsite Service Calls
Novatech onsite Customer Service personnel are following a disinfecting routine on every service visit that includes disinfecting your equipment upon arrival and after repairs are complete. Our Technicians are wearing disposable gloves to minimize exposure and have been instructed to wash their hands between every service call.
– Supply Shipments
Our internal team that packages supplies (toner, waste containers, etc.) for shipment are wearing gloves and are cleaning our facilities multiple times per day. We have also adopted the recommendation for social distancing and are running shifts with smaller teams along with mandating that all non-essential facility visits be halted.
– Remote Service Call Support

We are conducting daily updates to reinforce the importance of our new way to work and remind employees that if they or a member of their household have been exposed or have any symptoms, they need to stay home.
