JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Monday,  the following five individuals were found in violation of their supervised release and remanded to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

Greg Walden, of Jacksboro, had previously pleaded guilty to Violation of Habitual Motor Vehicle Offender Law, and was placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Neil Steven Littleton, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Resisting Arrest, and was required to serve 60 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Charles Franklin Pittman Jr., of Clairfeild, had previously pleaded guilty to Promotion of the Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Felony Failure to Appear and Facilitation of Theft, and was required to serve 18 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 3 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Michael Dewayne Murray, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty Auto Burglary, and was required to serve 164 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Sienna Rain Chester, of Jellico, had previously pleaded guilty to Violation of Financial Responsibility Law, Burglary, Assault, Simple Possession of Schedule VI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was required to serve 20 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.
