Tammy Lynn Perry, age 54, of LaFollette, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2019.  She was preceded in death by parents: Jim Bowlin and Gladys Imogene Burns Johnson.

Family will receive friends 5 PM to 7 PM Saturday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with Funeral to follow at 7 PM at Cross-Smith Chapel.

Interment 11 AM Sunday at Davis Chapel Cemetery at Stinking Creek
