Rollover wreck sends three people to the hospital

MORLEY, TN (WLAF) – A single-vehicle wreck on Jellico Highway (Hwy 25W), north of La Follette, injured three passengers.

Accounts from the E-911 call detail that the accident happened at 8:37 pm Thursday night near the Drip Rock, and that the vehicle rolled over trapping two people.  A total of three people were flown out by medical helicopters to a Knoxville hospital.

Multiple agencies assisted the Tennessee Highway Patrol; the Campbell and Whitley County Sheriff’s Departments (CORRECTION:  Whitley County EMS), the Campbell County EMS and the Jellico Rescue Squad.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/27/2019-6:30AM)
