B. Ray Phillips age 80, of Clinton, Tennessee passed away on December 19, 2019 at his Residence.  He was of the Baptist Faith. B. Ray is preceded in Death by his Wife Julia Fay Phillips, Parents Ike and Mary Jane Phillips, Sister and Brother in Law  Edith & Jessie Seiber, Brother in Law J.C. Gibson, Sister Wilbia Bunch and & Frank, Brother Amos & Oramae Phillips, Brother and Sister in Law Ed & Wilma Phillips, Brother Byrd Phillips, Sisters Geniva & Mandy Phillips, Brothers Johnny, Tommy and Fred Phillips, 2 Grandchildren and 1 Great GrandChild. B. Funeral Service: 7:00pm Saturday December 21, 2019 at Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Re. Kenny Sharp and Rev. JJ Patterson officiating.

Interment: Sunday,  December 22, 2019 Family and Friends will meet at 10:15am at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City to go in procession to Oak Grove cemetery for an 11:00am Interment.
