Lora Lee Blouin, age 50 of Lake City, Tennessee passed away on November 29, 2019 at her residence. She was born December 19, 1968 in Huntington, Indiana to the late Luther Dodson and Anna Mae Mounce Dodson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
