JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Mon, Dec. 9, five Campbell Countians were found in violation of their supervised release and remanded to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody.

Those five individuals are:

Noah Lee Hatfield, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, and Possession of less than .5 grams of Methamphetamine with the intent to sell, and was required to serve 30 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Darrell Stephen Morgan, of Jellico, had previously pleaded guilty to Theft over $2,500 and was required to serve 121 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 8 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 8 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Terry Michael Kitts Jr., of Caryville, had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of Aggravated Domestic Abuse, and was required to serve 60 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 5 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 5 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Lisa Renee Murray, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of Theft under $1,000, and was placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Carol Marie Carroll, of Jacksboro, had previously pleaded guilty to theft over $1,000, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Sch. II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell, and was required to serve 100 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 5 years.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 5 year sentence in TDOC custody.
