LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A life well lived will be celebrated this evening at the La Follette United Methodist Church.     Conrad E. Troutman, Jr. died  Wednesday, and beginning at 5 pm today his family will have a Celebration of Life Service at the LaFollette United Methodist Church. The Troutman family will receive friends in the LUMC Fellowship Hall following services.

“Conrad Troutman’s passing closes a long and honorable life distinguished by his service to his community and the Nation. His entire adult life has been in service to others as a soldier, attorney, judge, and community leader. His kindness will be remembered by all who knew him. I count it a privilege to have known him and offer my condolences to his fine family,” Sen. Ken Yager said.

La Follette Mayor Mike Stanfield (left) was also on hand to honor Judge Troutman at the May 2019 ceremony.
