LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – With temps in the teens tonight and wind chills in the single-digits, it won’t take much for a person or pet to freeze to death nor for pipes to freeze.  A warming center is open from 6 pm Tuesday to 8 am Wednesday morning at the former West La Follette School aka the West End Community Center.
