Everyone with the Jacksboro Police Department and Campbell County Sheriff’s Office express their appreciation to all concerned in helping make this week’s Shop with a Cop Golf Tournament such a success.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The Shop with a Cop Golf Tourney was held Wednesday at the Greens at Deerfield.  Tourney organizers expressed their appreciation.

On behalf of the Jacksboro Police Department and the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, we would like to thank everyone for their contributions to the “Shop with a Cop” Golf Tournament. Without our sponsor contributions, this year’s tournament wouldn’t have been the huge success that it was.

Derek, Zach and friends claimed second place in Wednesday’s tourney.

We were blessed with 74 hole sponsors and 19 teams that particapted in the golf tournament.

The money generated during the tournament benefits children of Campbell County that need it most.  We are proud to announce that more than $10,000.00 was raised for them.

The closest to the pin award went to Dakota Brock.

We would like to thank Kevin Fields and Deerfield Golf Course for their hospitality and for graciously hosting the tournament. Without their contribution, the tournament wouldn’t have been a success.

Finishing third was the DYJ Waste Services team.

A special thanks to Walmart and all the other sponsors for their support.

Marvin Leach had the longest drive in Wednesday’s tourney.

In 2018, Christmas cheer was spread to nearly 400 Campbell County children thanks to Shop with a Cop.  This year marks the 22nd year of Shop with a Cop.
