Next Soup, Sandwich and Service is this evening

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Hillcrest Baptist Church’s “Soup, Sandwich and Service” ministry of a free meal on the first Thursday of each month is set for this evening, Oct. 3, at 6 pm.

It will be held in downtown LaFollette at Sergeant Park at the corner of South Tennessee Avenue and Beech Street.  The Oct. 3 free meal consists of hot dogs, chili buns, chips, an apple, a desert cake and ice cold water. 

   For the months of November through February, Soup, Sandwich and Service will be at LaFollette Community Center (old West LaFollette School) the first Thursday of each month at 6 pm. They will be serving in a room next to the office.  Enter at the green cloth canvas canopy (office entry) and follow the signs.
