Joe Mack Noe, age 72, of Lake City passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019. He served in Vietnam for 3 years, was of the Baptist Faith and retired from Carlisle Tire in Clinton after 36 years of service. He liked boating, four wheeling and spending time with family. Proceeded in death by parents, John and Revilla Daugherty Noe; son, David Miracle; brother, Bill Noe and Dean Noe.

Family will receive friends 1 PM to 3 PM Wednesday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 3 PM at Cross-Smith Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Ault officiating. Then proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for interment.
