JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – It was quite an active scene at a home at 994 Pinecrest Road at Jacksboro Monday evening.  At 8:15 pm, the 8th Judicial District Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant.  With assistance from the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department and the La Follette Police Department, investigators detained 11 people at the home and ended up arresting three from the group.  The Sheriff’s SWAT Team was on site to secure the scene.  Members of the Department of Childrens Services were also called to assist.Small children were in the home at the time of the raid and were turned over to the DCS.  Also in the home were large amounts of meth, oxymorphone and suboxone.  Investigators figured there would be drugs in the home, because undercover personnel made several drug buys at the home prior to Monday’s raid.

Arrested were 35-year old Allen DeWayne Cordell of Long Hollow Road in La Follette and 19-year old Tristy Owens of 994 Pinecrest Road at Jacksboro.  Cordell, a repeat offender, and Owens were each charged with two counts of possession of meth (schedule II) and suboxone (schedule III).  Erica Kidd, age 35, of 994 Pinecrest Road at Jacksboro was arrested on a prior warrant.
