JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – “The turnout to help was just amazing.  We were overwhelmed with help and supplies,” said Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins.

The sheriff is talking about how the community rallied to donate dollars and supplies to his annual school supplies give-a-way.  The first week’s donation drive only generated 300 bags of school supplies, but the second week’s efforts pushed them over the top as 880 bags stuffed full of supplies.  Students received their supplies at Jacksboro and Jellico over the weekend.
