JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Monday, July 22, 2019 Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:Jack A. Wallace, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Reckless Aggravated Assault, Evading Arrest, and Violation of Protective Order and received a suspended sentence of 3 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Kerry E. Carson, of Caryville, had previously plead guilty to Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture and received a suspended sentence of 3 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jesse Lewis, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to Theft over $1,000 and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Donnie Jeffers, of Knoxville, had previously plead guilty to Theft over $1,000 and Burglary, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Joshua Cox, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Theft over $500, Vandalism $1,000-$10,000, and Criminal Trespassing and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC for eight years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Sonny L. McHenry, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Att. Agg. Burglary and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Cody Ray Malicoat, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Att. Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, Theft over $1,000, Accessory after the fact, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Brandon Lee King, of Duff, had previously plead guilty to Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Sch. II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell, and received a suspended sentence of 3 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Travis Lee Hollifield, of Caryville, had previously plead guilty to Att. Especially Aggravated Robbery and Especially Aggravated Burglary, and received a suspended sentence of 8 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 8 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Westley Market, of Caryville, had previously plead guilty to Sale and Delivery of Sch. II methamphetamine less than .5 grams, and received a suspended sentence of 3 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Tamara Lynn Rasnick, of Duff, had previously plead guilty to Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Institution, Simple Possession of Sch. II Methamphetamine, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Amanda Morris, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to Att. Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Attempted Aggravated Burglary, Sale of Sch. II Controlled Substance, Sale of Sch. IV Controlled Substance, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her probation and was sentenced to serve her 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jennifer Snodderly, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Theft over $500, Misappropriation of Rental Property, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Melinda Rea Bunch, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture and received a suspended sentence of 3 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Michelle Johnson had previously plead guilty to Att. Aggravated Burglary and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.
