LAFOLLETTE, TN., (WLAF) – On Monday, WLAF aired a story about Better Made Trailers (BMT) and the uphill battle it is involved in.

Last July, county officials appeared at the company’s Jellico opening with the promise of jobs. Now, the company has had judgments in civil court and state funds haven’t made their way to BMT. On Tuesday, Tony Simpson, president of BMT issued a statement to WLAF concerning his company and the story.
