Marlow wins big in track and field

Olivia Marlow was voted the area’s Most Valuable Athlete after making her mark in track and field.

 

At the area track and field meet Olivia Marlow was voted the area’s Most Valuable Athlete with individual wins in the long jump and 100 meter hurdles as well as 4×200 meter relay. She placed 7th in the state track meet at Austin Peay University in the 100 meter hurdles as well as 9th in the long jump. Marlow was also on the 4×200 meter relay that placed 12th in the state. Additionally, she is the new LaFollette Middle School record holder in the long jump with a jump of 14 feet 10 inches.(WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 06/122019- 6 AM)
