Mr. Ralph Eugene “Gene” Goins age 66 passed away Friday, May 24, 2019.  He was a retired Tool and Die maker with Boeing and BWXT in Oak Ridge.  Preceded in death by Parents, Homer and Effie Willoughby Goins. 

Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Candy Goins; Son, Bobby Lee Goins and wife, Jackie; Daughters, Amber Lee Goins Johnson and Husband, Emmanuel, and Amanda Lee Goins; Papaws “Sugar Baby”, Granddaughter Aralyn Charis Goins; Sisters and Brother, Gladys Jones, Allan Goins and Wife, Faye, and Wilma Hatfield and Husband, Emol; Brother-in-law, Jerry Luneke and Wife, Andrea; Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Sunday 4 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Braden officiating.  Interment to follow at Goins Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 P.M.
