Charges are pending against an elderly La Follette man in the early Friday morning drug raid by La Follette Police and the Drug Task Force at a downtown La Follette business building turned apartment.  One LPD official states that Schedule II, III and IV were suspected of being sold out of the residence that sits at the corner of Mill and First Streets.

Schedule II narcotics being sold out of a former downtown La Follette business building is suspected by La Follette Police and the Drug Task Force.At 8 am this morning, members of the La Follette Police Drug Unit and Special Response Team along with the Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the corner of Mill and First Streets in downtown La Follette.

A man and a woman at the building turned apartment are being questioned.  Arrests are pending.
