Indictments were handed down on Wednesday afternoon this week.  Charges have a wide range from possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony to a fourth offense DUI to aggravated child abuse and neglect in a child under 8 years of age. The following indictments were handed down by the Campbell County Grand Jury this week:

-Martha Robbins, age 55, of La Follette- fourth offense DUI

-Lucas Maiden, age 54, of Pineville, Kentucky, Sabrina Brown, age 30, of La Follette- possession of firearm during commission of dangerous felony, unlawful possession of weapon by convicted felon, possession of schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of schedule II controlled substance (meth) with intent to sell, possession of schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia

-Kenneth Carroll, age 41, homeless of Tennessee, Alyssa Bray, age 30, homeless, La Follette – three counts aggravated burglary, vandalism over $2,500, three counts of aggravated criminal trespass, theft over $1,000, vandalism over $1,000, vandalism under $1,000, criminal trespassing

-Kayla Saylor, age 21, of Jacksboro- DUI

-William Riley, age 48, of Middletown, Ohio – theft over $10,000, vandalism $2,500- $10,000, vandalism over $1,000, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, violation of the financial responsibility law, driving without a license

-Kevin Norman, age 38, of Jacksboro- aggravated domestic assault

-Alyssa Bray, age 30, homeless, La Follette- theft under $1,000, second offense driving on a suspended license

-Ashley Ledford, age 27, of La Follette, Brandon Stepp, age 36, of La Follette- three counts of aggravated child abuse and neglect in a child under 8 years of age

-Douglas Ward, age 61, of Caryville- DUI

-Eva Bruce, age 48, of Jacksboro- DUI

-Charles Davis II, age 54, of La Follette- aggravated domestic

-Shaun Stanfield, age 39, of La Follette- second offense DUI, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license, DUI 2nd

-Larry Wilson, age 45, of La Follette- DUI

-Crit Ford, age 63, of Jellico- stalking, assault, disorderly conduct (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/19/2019-6AM)
