The following people were indicted by the Campbell Grand Jury yesterday. They are due in criminal court on Monday, March 18 at 8:30 am.

-Matthew Foust- two counts of attempted aggravated assault, resisting arrest

-Brittany Smith – theft over $1,000

-Megan Peters- theft under $1,000, criminal trespass

-Starla Smith- theft over $1,000

-Billie Jo Pierce-  DUI

-Lindsay Craw – first degree murder

-Roger Waldroop- aggravated burglary, theft under $1,000

-Misty Lamb- introduction of contraband into a penal facility, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, disorderly conduct

-Cody Trammell- attempted aggravated robbery, especially aggravated robbery

-Kayla McCoy- theft over $10,000, evading arrest, reckless driving, second offense driving on a suspended license

-Samuel Carroll-  vandalism over $2,500, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment, second offense driving on a suspended license, violation of the registration law, criminal impersonation, violation of the financial responsibility law, violation of the seatbelt law

-Matt McCarty- three counts of violation of the HMVO Bar, felony evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of DUI, vehicular assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, evading arrest, kidnapping

-Cheyenne Judd and Benjamin Lewis- four counts of aggravated assault (2 counts per person), felony evading(Lewis), possession of a prohibited weapon(Lewis), reckless endangerment (Lewis), unlawful possession of a handgun by a convicted felon (Judd), felony reckless endangerment (Judd), resisting arrest (Judd)  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/07/2019-6AM)
