Friday’s flashback features the “Dime Store Kings”

WLAF’s Charlie Hutson dug up a fun 1960s photo of the local “Dime Store Kings” of La Follette.  L-R Fred Ivey, Bill Hutson, Charles Taylor, Phill Taylor and Gordon Powell.  These gentlemen either owned and/or managed Emery 5 & 10 (Ivey), Hutson’s Variety Store (Hutson) and Powell’s 5 & 10 (the Taylor brothers and Powell).  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/01/2019-6AM)
