Onzy Phillips age 86, of Caryville, Tennessee passed away January 18, 2019 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Onzy was born May 14, 1932 in New River to the late Tom Phillips and Oma Daugherty. Onzy was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parents, Onzy is preceded in death by his brothers: Lonnie, Tommy, and Ules Phillips, and sisters: Mae Daugherty, Hazel Bulh, and Pearl Daugherty.

A graveside service will be held at the Little Community Church in the Marlow Community on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 12:00 Noon.
