Bond was set Monday afternoon for the out of state couple involved in a high speed chase that included gun shots being fired from the couple’s SUV.   Thirty-two year old Cheyenne Judd and 38-year old Benjamin Lewis, both of the same address in Jasonville, Indiana, appeared before Judge Amanda Sammons this afternoon in Campbell County General Sessions Court.

Judd’s bond was set at $350,000 while Lewis received a bond of a $500,000.  If either makes bond, a GPS monitor must be worn.  Judd is not to have contact with the co-defendant Lewis on a domestic violence condition, according to the court.

Judd (above) faces two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, two-counts of felony reckless endangerment, two-counts of possession of prohibited weapons, violation of the seat belt law, resist-stop-frisk-halt-search, disorderly conduct and theft of property between $10,000 and $59,999.

Pictured above, Lewis is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, possession of prohibited weapons, drivers to exercise due care and speeding – 149 MPH in a 65 mile per hour zone.

The late Friday night ordeal involving the couple began with a deputy clocking their car traveling on I-75 at 97-miles per hour.  The radar reading was followed by a high speed pursuit and gun shots fired at officers by suspects, according to reports.  SEE the full story and photos here.

The pursuit and apprehension came to an end at 10:29 pm Friday night lasting approximately 36 minutes.  No shots were fired by any of the law enforcement involved including units from Scott County that assisted.  There were no injuries.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/17/2018-3PM)
