Pleading not guilty in the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Lyndsay Craw, age 30, received a $100,000 bond and a new court date.

Claiborne County General Sessions Court Judge Robert Estep, who was in General Sessions Court at Jacksboro on an interchange docket day, presided over Craw’s arraignment Thursday morning.

Craw faces a charge of criminal homicide in the death of 30-year old Billy Partin, Jr.  La Follette Police said Craw was Partin’s girlfriend and was living with Partin when he was stabbed last Saturday night around 9 pm at a home at 814 S. Cumberland Ave. in La Follette.

LPD reports detail that Partin had been stabbed in the chest with a knife. He was transported by EMS to La Follette Medical Center where he died later Saturday night from his wounds.

Craw remains housed in the county jail this morning.  Her new court date is Thursday, January 17, 2019.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/13/2018-6AM)
