After admitting to a fight over a toilet, 20-year-old Joshua Aaron Comer was arrested last week and charged with domestic assault.

Campbell County Deputy Justin Crabtree was investigating a possible domestic dispute at 139 Watts Lane in LaFollette when he questioned Comer and his girlfriend, the arrest report said. The girlfriend, who had a black eye, allegedly told Crabtree Comer had chased her through their home, eventually catching her and pinning her to the floor.  From there, the unemployed Comer proceeded to punch the girl advising her to “learn to watch her mouth,” the report said.

Comer admitted to a fight over a toilet as well he to pinning the girl to the floor, Crabtree said. However, he denied hitting her.

Comer was charged with domestic assault.

Comer is the son of Joshua Comer, Sr., the man who pleaded guilty in 2018 to the murder of three- year-old Gabby Orton. During the trial, autopsy results revealed the child died after multiple blows to the stomach. He is currently serving 30 years for second-degree murder and two counts of child abuse.

Comer, Jr, was arrested during his father’s hearing for allegedly intimidating witnesses, which happened to be his brothers.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/12/2018-6AM)
