A late Saturday afternoon wreck in Elk Valley was quite eventful according to reports.   Officials with 911 Dispatch tell WLAF that there was a wreck on the Jellico side of Hells Point in Elk Valley just before dark on Saturday.  One driver was a hit and run.   When an officer attempted to stop him, he fled on foot.  The suspect was soon caught after a short foot chase on Highway 297. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/08/2018-5:30PM)
