This is a message from Campbell County Mayor E.L. Morton.   Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bush family with the passing of President George Herbert Walker Bush. Our courthouse flags are at half-staff, rendering honors along with the rest of our nation. I coordinated with the Governor’s office today to determine any associated state protocol and the Governor is fully supporting flag honors for the next month. There is however, no state holiday declaration. Accordingly, the Campbell County Courthouse remains open on Wednesday with courts and other county services continuing as scheduled.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/04/2018-6AM)
