Like always, after months of preparation and last minute adjustments, the annual Campbell County Christmas Parade came off without a hitch.   Kelli Jo Wright, for years the parade director, directed perhaps her best parade yet.  Wright, the parade committee and countless volunteers and participants orchestrated a night that thrilled hearts and lifted spirits.

And I’m not sure a photo could be any more fitting than the one above that Charlie Hutson snapped showcasing the American way of life.  Old Glory is highlighted with locally owned and operated Pyro Shows, putting on a show for just for the home folks as onlookers line Central Avenue.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/03/2018-6AM-CHARLIE HUTSON PHOTO)
