The City of La Follette holds its regular workshop today at 5:30 pm at City Hall.   Ten items are on today’s “administration” portion of the workshop agenda.  Topics of discussion range from employee insurance renewal to the lighting of the Christmas tree.  What is scheduled to be talked about this afternoon will be 2019 beer renewals, employee insurance renewals, a 911 board member appointment, a beer board chairman, the vice-mayor position, announcements of the Christmas Parade, 5-K Santa Trot, the employee Christmas dinner and the lighting of the Christmas tree.

The swearing-in of recently elected city council members Mark Hoskins and Ann Lee Thompson is expected to be Saturday, December 1, 11:30 am at City Hall.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/26/2018-6AM)
